Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 20, 2025
These Terms of Service govern your relationship with TintTraffic Solutions and the use of our specialized Social Media Marketing (SMM) services for Japanese window tinting and PPF businesses.
Service Scope and Client Responsibility
TintTraffic agrees to provide comprehensive SMM and Paid Social Ad management, focusing exclusively on visual content creation and targeted advertising for high-value services like Paint Protection Film (PPF) and ceramic tint. We commit to a minimum monthly posting schedule as detailed in your selected package (e.g., Film Starter or PPF Growth).
The client is responsible for providing all necessary business information, high-resolution visual assets of their work (flawless application shots, before/afters), and timely feedback on content drafts. The client must also ensure they hold all necessary rights and licenses for any provided materials, particularly concerning luxury vehicle imagery.
Payment and Termination
All service fees are due monthly in advance, based on the chosen package, with the first payment initiating the contract period. We require a minimum engagement period of three (3) months to establish a measurable visual marketing baseline and begin generating qualified bookings.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice after the initial minimum period has been satisfied. Termination will result in the immediate cessation of all scheduled content publication and ad campaigns. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered during the final month of service, irrespective of booking outcomes.
Intellectual Property and Usage
While the client retains ownership of their core business identity and existing trademarks, all custom visual content (ad copy, reel concepts, unique graphics) created by TintTraffic during the contract term becomes joint intellectual property, licensed to the client for continuous use on social platforms. This allows you to leverage the high-performing visual assets even after the agreement ends.
However, TintTraffic retains the right to reference the successful performance data and campaign designs in anonymized internal portfolios or for future service demonstrations. The client grants us necessary permissions to manage their social media and local listings (GMB) strictly for the purpose of executing the agreed-upon marketing strategy. We are not responsible for any platform algorithm changes that may affect organic reach or campaign performance.
