Refund Policy

Service Adjustment and Refund Guidelines

As a service-based SMM agency, our fees compensate for the intellectual property, strategy development, content creation, and dedicated time spent managing your tinting and PPF campaigns.

Monthly Service Fees

Due to the immediate allocation of resources, dedicated account management time, and up-front content scheduling, all monthly retainer fees are non-refundable. This includes packages like Film Starter and PPF Growth, where our strategists immediately begin audience research and visual content development.

If you choose to cancel a subscription after the minimum term, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no fees for that cycle will be reimbursed. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service, as the heavy lifting of campaign setup and visual testing often occurs early in the month.

Exceptions for Ad Spend

Refunds related to the actual Paid Ad Spend budget (the money paid directly to Instagram/TikTok) will be handled differently. If your campaign is stopped prematurely by TintTraffic for internal reasons or at your request, any unspent portion of your dedicated ad budget will be fully refunded to you within seven (7) business days.

However, if campaigns are terminated due to the client's failure to adhere to social media platform rules, such as promoting non-compliant tint levels, no portion of the already spent ad budget will be refundable by TintTraffic. We ensure complete transparency regarding ad expenditure, and all budgets are tracked through shared reporting dashboards.

Dissatisfaction and Dispute

If you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage an immediate discussion with your dedicated Account Manager to resolve the issue. We offer continuous optimization and adjustments to the visual content and targeting strategy to meet your PPF booking goals.

No refund claim based solely on the quantity of bookings achieved will be honored, as we explicitly disclaim guarantees on outcome metrics in our Ads Policy. Our guarantee is on effort, strategy adherence, and content quality. Disputes must be formally raised within 14 days of the invoice date to be considered for any potential, non-monetary resolution.
